I'm Gener Perez. I spent over 17 years in technology, including a decade in Customer Success, leading strategic relationships in fast-paced enterprise environments. These days I run Gener8 Connections Ltd, where I help people close the gap between achievement and alignment.

After years of leading those relationships, I kept noticing the same thing: real success comes from being aligned, not from doing more. Behind every high-performing team or individual sits a calm, focused mind and a clear sense of purpose.

I watched capable, ambitious people deliver excellent results while quietly running on empty. And I saw it in myself too. Achievement was never the problem. Alignment was.

That's what pulled me into this work. I trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and behavioural change, and built a practice for one kind of client: high performers who want to feel like themselves again.
